*If a windscreen that we have fitted fails for any reason, other than subsequent impact damage, we will replace the windscreen FREE-OF-CHARGE.

*If you are fully comprehensively insured, in most cases we can send the bill direct to your insurer, all you pay is any excess, and if we can repair rather than replace your windscreen then it won't cost you anything.
